Our Williams pears are harvested when fully ripe, destemmed, ground, mashed and distilled with love and care.
With an intense bouquet, a good structure and length, with juice and power, this fruity brandy pampers the palate and nose and unfolds in all its fullness.
Fresh, finely pronounced aromas, a beguiling scent, youthfully spicy, lively, fruity and balanced.
On the palate a typical, sweet pear taste, soft and with a long-lasting finish.
A harmonious distillate with the intense and full flavour of the whole pear, of which we are rightly very proud.
